Broadsword was founded in 2024 by Dan Sennett and Jack Cator. Headquartered in London, Broadsword focusses on the UK market, taking controlling positions in assets and companies where there is congruity with our tenets of value creation.
We focus on adding value to real estate companies & assets, through deep financial and operational understanding, as well as via our ability to acquire and manage efficiently.
Broadsword invests in assets and companies, looking to unlock and deliver value in pockets of opportunity that are operationally complex, cyclically depressed and within our domain expertise.
Broadsword deploys equity and equity-like instruments investing throughout the real estate life cycle as well as in the value chain (up / downstream service providers, corporates and assets).
